Why not time-share the HR Pro you need to guide your HR program while leaving the day-to-day HR administration to the current staff? For many small businesses, this often proves to be best strategic and cost effective way to insure a professional Human Resources function during rapid periods of growth.

For large enterprises, we offer practicality and depth to bolster HR staff; for small to mid-sized companies we provide access to specialized expertise at affordable rates and even function as their "on call" HR department. Large or small, we are available for contract/consulting assignments, short or long term. Large companies have in-house senior HR expertise just a phone call away. HR Pros offers you the same resource, whether you have an HR administrator who needs guidance or advice for your managers.

We offer four programs to meet your needs:

HR Pro Time Share
Retain us to be at your site for as many days per month as you need us, doing whatever needs to be done. During the rest of the month, we are available to work with your management team by phone or e-mail as needs or questions arise. We can assist you in developing your HR structures, processes, policies, and procedures. Recruitment & selection, interviewing, training, employee relations, performance management, exit interviews, and are other areas where we provide overall generalist support.

HR Pros On Call
A pro is available to answer your questions, or for consultation about HR issues, by phone or email for a $25.00 per month retainer. We will be happy to consult with you about HR issues and address any questions or concerns you may have, and will have answers for you within 24 hours or less. Consultation under this program is limited to two hours per month. Thereafter, our services are available at our usual consulting rates.

HR Pros Targeted Solutions
Need help with special projects such as HR function & compliance audits? We can work with you to develop handbooks, policies and procedures, benefits and compensation programs, or Affirmative Action Plans. We will assist you with recruiting and staffing, We specialize in 360 degree feedback programs and employee satisfaction surveys. We're skilled at identifying and developing practical, common-sense solutions which fit your budget.

HR Pros Workshops
HR Pros can develop workshops targeted to your company's specific training needs, whether we tailor one of our tried-and-true workshops to your environment, or develop a brand-new workshop that fits your unique situation. We design our workshops to provide people with knowledge, skills, and/or attitudes that may be applied immediately on the job.
