  • We'll conduct background checks
  • We'll administer pre-selection instruments(e.g. handwriting analysis or personality profile)
  • We'll arrange the drug testing

Level 3 - Retained Search
Developing and implementing all of the strategies in Levels 1 and 2 above, we'll narrow the field and present you the top, most qualified candidates to interview. Wouldn't it be nice to be handed a choice of three top, qualified candidates and meet with only the best of the best? It's just that easy! HR Pros will:

  • Help develop a detailed profile of the preferred candidate's skills, experience and traits.
  • Develop the search criteria such as electronic or print media or organization sources.
  • Collect and analyze all applicant information, building a pool of potential candidates.
  • Interview high potential applicants and create final candidate list.
  • Review the candidate list with the hiring authority, and arrange on-site interviews.
  • Verify the selected candidate's credentials and assist with the employment offers.
